Notice to Patients

Due to staff shortages, the surgery has recently experienced delays in answering telephone calls and processing and dispensing medication. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our patients for their patience, support, and understanding as we work through this transition.

To help us return to the high standard of service we strive to provide, we have expanded our team. We are pleased to welcome an New Operation Manager a new Reception Supervisor, two new Receptionists, a new Dispenser (with one additional role currently being recruited), two new Healthcare Support Workers, and two new members of our Administration team.

We remain committed to providing you with the best possible care and service, and we truly appreciate your continued patience and support during this time.
