Catherine 'Caz' Turley - Reception Manager - Caz is responsible for the day to day management of the patient navigators (Reception team)
Care Navigators - Gemma, Emma, Vikki, Vanessa, Kate, Sonia & Lisa
The Care Navigators help direct patients to the right Clinician first time. Not all patients need to see a doctor and this should save time and resources.
Care Navigators duties include booking appointments, greeting patients, dealing with queries & advising patients on the different services that are available.
Administration Team
Wendy, Angela, Sadie, Emma & Elaine
The Administration Team carry out all secretarial and administrative duties within the practice, dealing with general correspondence and queries, computer data entry, hospial appointments and letters, summarisation of medical records, insurance report requests and the e-Referral hospital appointment booking system.
Elaine - Medical Records Summariser
Elaine receives all new patient records and summarises them in to the electronic medical records.
Dispensary Team
Fhamida Choudhury - Dispensary Manager - Fhamida is responsible for managing all dispensary functions.
Sherrie Hewitt - Dispensary Supervisor - Sherrie supports Scott in his duties and deputises in his absence.
Dispensers - Sandra, Sally, Belinda, Allison & Louise .
This team deals with all aspects of medication from prescription requests to handing out medication.
Rachel - Dispensary Delivery Driver - Rachel delivers medication to patients who we are allowed to dispense to who are housebound or find it extremely difficult to get to the practice.
