Extended Access Hub
The Extended Access Hub is now available in two locations:
- The Sidings Medical Practice in Boston (PE21 8EG) and
- Swineshead Medical Group in Swineshead (PE20 3JE)
This service is available for any patient who is registered in any of the practices below:
- Greyfriars Surgery
- Kirton Medical Centre
- Liquorpond Street Medical Centre
- Parkside Medical Centre
- Swineshead Medical Group
- The Siding Medical Practice.
The clinic appointments are a mixture of telephone appointments and Face to Face appointments.
The service offers GP appointments from 6.30pm to 9.00pm on weekdays and 9.00am to 4.00pm at weekends and Bank Holidays at The Sidings and 6.30pm to 9.00pm on a Tuesday and Thursday and 9.00am to 3.00pm on weekends and Bank Holidays at Swineshead.
To book an appointment please call you own GP practice or ‘111’ when the surgery is closed.

Appointments are available in advance and can be booked on the day therefore, if we cannot offer you an appointment at a suitable time at our surgery, we may be able to book you an appointment with the GP Extended Access service.
The GP who sees you may not be your regular GP, but with your consent they will be able to access your medical records and transfer any information back to the Practice. The GP will be able to offer advice and treatment including acute prescriptions (not repeat prescriptions), blood test requests and referrals.
